All of our projects are designed using the latest 3D computer software providing clients with a clear impression of how projects appear from the early conceptual stages through to completion. Working in this way allows us to 'virtually construct' the building as we go, assisting in refining the desired visual impact and early formulation of construction solutions. The council approval process is also enhanced with this approach allowing council planners to easily determine building form, scale and material composition particularly when compared to 'flat' traditional 2D representation. The documentation we provide can be used to gather tender estimates from selected builders allowing our clients to gauge 'fair' prices and retain the right of choice of chosen builder. This is usually in contrast to client's dealing directly with the builder from the start and being 'locked in' to their build price.
