The firm draws on the principals 35 years of Local Government experience working for State Capital Suburban and Rural municipalities as a Town Planner and Senior Manager responsible for the Environmental Services and Town Planning areas of the Council.
Our rates range from $85 per hour for a Senior Consultant’s time depending on the brief and from $45 per hour for an administrative assistant who provides back up, document production and the like, as and if required.
When working on site, accommodation is charged at cost plus 15%. Out of pocket expenses are charged at cost. Travelling is charged at the rate of 55c per km plus $25 per hour where relocation from our base is required. The above prices are also subject to GST.
Firm quotes can also be given on specific task projects if that method of arrangement is preferred.
